All Limited Edition Fine Art Print orders over $2000 ship free in the continental United States. This offer is not applicable for shipping to  Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. Please contact the gallery directly for shipping costs of original oil paintings.

Our goal is that you are thrilled with your new Limited Edition Giclee Print or Original Oil Painting. If your purchase arrives damaged we will do everything possible to make it right! If you do receive a damaged product please contact the gallery immediately at 774-521-8731. 

Our return policy for  Limited Edition Giclee Prints is 30 days. 

You the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to O'Malley-Keyes Fine Art.

You will receive a refund for the original amount that you paid for your  Limited Edition Giclée

Print minus shipping costs, within 7 days of our receiving your return.

Damaged Product Returns

If you receive a damaged shipment we are happy to replace your original Limited Edition Giclée Print purchase and will do so as soon as we have received your damaged print return at O'Malley-Keyes Fine Art.. O'Malley-Keyes Fine Art will be responsible for the shipping costs to you of the same Limited Edition Giclée Print that you originally purchased.

Our return policy for Original Oil Paintings 

Original Oil Paintings may be returned for gallery credit only. Your return must be initiated within 7 days of your receipt of the Original Oil Painting that you have purchased. You, the collector, will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return back to O'Malley-Keyes Fine Art.

Oil Paintings

Original oil paintings are shipped within 7 days after you purchase your choice of oil painting. Please contact the gallery at 774.521.8731 for further information on shipping costs.

Limited Edition Giclée  Prints

We are creating your print just for you and don't house any fine art print inventory. Please allow 10-14 days lead time for your fine art print to be created and shipped. The shipping cost of your Limited Edition Fine Art Prints is free for orders over $800.00.  This offer applies only for fine art prints and is not applicable for shipping to  Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. 

DEPOSITS

Deposits given to O'Malley-Keyes Fine Art to "Hold" a painting for future purchase are non-refundable and may only be used towards a future purchase of original oil paintings located at O'Malley-Keyes Fine Art.
